在南投縣埔里鎮上，有一家已經流傳50年堅持傳統技術的手工製作臭豆腐「劉家臭豆腐」在埔里地區已經第四代經營，早期劉家臭豆腐已批發臭豆腐為主，全埔里大概有20家臭豆腐店，都是向劉家臭豆腐拿貨的，但卻沒想到在一個媳婦「林于如」進家門後，一年內竟然婆婆跟老公相繼離世，訪間謠傳是因為家裡風水不好，或者是做生意得罪別人，但真的事實是這樣嗎...........
