The board of directors for Twitter convened to discuss Elon Musk and the fact that he is now the largest share holder in the company. Elon Musk has long been a critic of the platform and a representative of free speech. Elon showed interest in buying the company outright for over 50 billion dollars, only to be denied by what they are calling the poison pill. What is the poison pill? It is a metaphor preventing Elon from purchasing all of the companies shares, but it doesn't end there.
