When we are intentional with our thoughts, our bodies will respond in kind. Yet, our brains are so good at keeping us comfortable and complacent in the familiar.

In this episode, Marie talks about how training our mindset – our conscious and unconscious thoughts and intentions – helps us more purposefully navigate difficult situations. Through consciously channeling our effort in a way that feels intentional, and seeking support when we’d benefit from it, we are better equipped to achieve what we’re setting out to do. Self compassion and hard work can go hand in hand to getting us where we want to go.
