Today we talk about honey and its amazing health benefits, and we’re going to show that it’s a lot more than just sugar. I talk about the background and history of honey and how it was used throughout the ages, health benefits as seen in scientific literature, key components of what to look for in honey when we go to the store, and then looking toward the future with honey. It has been found that honey is a great remedy for herpes simplex virus and the wound healing properties are tremendous. Studies show that honey can greatly improve athletic performance and overall physical health and healing. Using honey in place of other sugars lowers the risk of diabetes or other glucose related issues with health.
