After co-founding the ecommerce site Of A Kind in 2010, Claire Mazur worked with her friend and business partner, Erica Cerulo, to scale their business to new heights. This included partnerships with mega retailers like Target. In 2015 they sold the business to Bed Bath & Beyond. During this time they took a close look at what made their partnership work so well, and released a book that has inspired thousands of people to look at female business partnerships differently.
