The three women discuss the challenges of educating teens on the variety of dance careers, the value of representation in the dance world, and how much more work the dance community and society have to do. LaWanda elaborates on how many options are out there, and how your path is not always the most straight forward. She even shares some audition horror stories, and a sweet favorite memory.
