This is the first time I am really opening up more deeply around my journey and struggles with BDD & ED, and even though there is still so much I didn't share, this is what felt good to move/release the energy through speaking it out.
We are also going to chat more about the different seasons of life, the ups and downs we all experience and recognizing when it's time to ask for the deeper support we all sometimes need in our journey, whether in our personal life/healing or even in business.
