A lot has changed for Liz since we spoke last year, the biggest change being that she's now a mother... to twins! But it wasn't an easy journey. Liz's twins were born very premature and she spent a lot of time in the ICU.

As someone who is known for her active lifestyle and positive attitude, being bedridden for weeks on end, not knowing what the future would hold, tested Liz immensely.
