Hello, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of the Joshua Sigafus, YouTube and podcast. I'm here today to bring you just a quick little bit of insight I had over the course of this week yesterday, I was overwhelmed doing some things very busy. I was asking myself a bunch of questions, and I was just having one of those days where you're stressed out and, and you're you kind of debating what direction you should go in on some, you know, specific things and it's just, you know, it's one of those days where you kind of lack clarity, right. And so, um, I, what I ended up doing was I ended up going to Spotify. And I ended up listening to if you hear that weird noise in the background, that's my cat, by the way he's going, he's going bonkers today. Um, what I ended up doing was looking up some people, I usually plug into my ears for like, you know, positivity and clarification people who are better than me who have done more than I have. And I listened. And I gained a lot of clarification and insight. And the point is, is that too often, we let that chaos just come into our lives and disrupt us, rather than trying to plug in something really positive into our ears or plugin, something really intentional and listen to it. And this is the thing you can't stop learning. And this is true, whether it's about dating, whether it's about business, whether this is even just being like a good person, staying fit, you know, mind, body, spirit, whatever it is that you're trying to level up and become better at. You cannot just go along in life and not ever plug any education into yours, you have to be learning from people who are better than you.
