 In this episode, I’m talking about something that every business owner will face at some point — the moment where you have to stop playing it safe and take a leap of faith. And not just the big, flashy ones either — the small but mighty decisions that stretch your comfort zone and lead to real growth.

Over the past week, I’ve taken two huge leaps myself: one emotional (finally outsourcing more to my brilliant VA) and one financial (investing thousands in a support programme that’s going to hold me accountable and push me forward). Neither felt easy — but both are already making a difference.

And that’s the thing. You don’t grow by standing still. Whether it’s finally asking for help, committing to a bold new direction (like I did with my mastermind days), or investing in your own support — these moments define your next chapter. You just have to trust that the net will appear once you leap.
