Integrating the nickname AB. 

A lot in my life has transpired, transformed, and transitioned. 

I spent 10 days at a Buddhist retreat center in the mountains to start my Grad program in Ecopsychology. 

Transcend and include, spiraling into the next level. 

We as individuals have to take responsibility for our own journey. 

Learning how to distinguish between other peoples lens of life and my own truth. Navigating the unweaving of acceptance that is rooted in others. 

The only consistent in life is the essence of shift and change. 

Through all the shift in my life, I am learning that I want to show up in the social world differently. 

The journey is just beginning. I love you all so deeply,
