God isn't asking you for perfection.
He's certainly not calling you to be the "perfect" Christian.
What if who you are right now is enough to make an impact, to be successful and to co-create a beautiful thriving life with HIM?
I'm not the "perfect" Christian. I'm far from it! I don't always say the right things, do the right things, or act in the right way.
Sometimes I'm a hot mess letting my emotions get the best of me. I don't have the perfect marriage. I don't always love motherhood and I don't always love who I'm being. I still get discouraged by the negative thoughts the enemy tries to defeat me with.
But what's so beautiful is that God is not requiring perfection from us in order for Him to do a beautiful thing IN us and THROUGH us.
He's wanting REAL and AUTHENTIC. He's wanting us to give Him all our baggage, the broken and shattered pieces. He's wanting us to give Him all the ugly.
I'm still a work in progress, being led by the Holy Spirit, being taught as His student. I'm a Life Coach always being coached by Him.
He is guiding you along the way, teaching you, and catching you every time you fall. He is working out your mess so you can then use it as your message. He sees any progress as a victory!
Stop selling yourself short. Stop believing you need to be perfect. Start trusting that you are a beautiful work in progress and the greater the test, the greater the testimony.
There is beauty right there in the middle and there is breakthrough right around the corner.
