64. The Hotel Figueroa in Downtown Los Angeles is not only beautiful and historic but it's also one of our personal favorites hotels in the whole city. First established in 1926 as a haven for female travelers and having strong ties to the women's movement of the time, the hotel has kept much of that history alive while also serving as a luxury oasis in the heart of DTLA's cultural epicenter. 

In this episode our guest is Connie Wang, currently the managing director of the Hotel Fig. She shares much more about the hotels fascinating history and also what it has to offer for Angelenos today.
