Laura Beth Moss is a teacher and writer as well as Certified Integrative Life Coach through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. She's also a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV as an Authorized Supervisor and Diplomate for the National Anger Management Association (NAMA). She specializes in helping people understand their personal narratives as well as integrate and explore emotional states. More recently, she developed and co-wrote the Certified Crisis Intervention Handbook for First Responders. It is an empathy based, trauma informed approach to handling crisis. We talk:
