Overrated/Underrated: Eat Clean Bro? Mike's Workout Performance?
This week we talk about the workout and nutrition roller coaster that a lot of people tend to go on in their fitness journey. A lot of people when they start something or think about starting something take the all or nothing approach, so they either go all out or don't even start. While we understand this style of thinking it is definitely not the best option for most people as it is not sustainable where as if you committed to going to the gym two times per week rather than six you'd be able to go much more consistently and feel better about sticking to the goals you set for yourself.
This theme can be applied to many things in life so we try to offer some perspective on how to go about starting something that you want to stick to for the long term!
