Mims talks about the story of Tom Monfils otherwise known as the Monfils 6 case, where 6 men; Dale Basten, Michael Hirn, Michael Johnson, Rey Moore, Keith Kutska, and Michael Piaskowski were subjected to a trial based off of circumstantial evidence and hearsay. Falon then talks about the Menominee Reservation disappearances of Robert Lyons, Katelyn Kelley, Lisa Lynn Ninham, and Rae Elaine Tourtillott. There is a sad but true fact that Indigous People have not had the proper attention and spotlight put on their cases, which needs to end now.
