While we have previously touched on difficult pregnancies, today’s episode follows one incredibly strong woman’s journey through the trauma of neo natal death.

Kim Grundy is an incredible woman, wife and mother to two boys, but before she had her two children she lost her baby girl Chloe at 23 weeks of pregnancy.
