Today I have the honor of speaking to a Boss Beerlady, Mariquita Reese!  She's a brewer and the Chairperson of the Open Waters Internship Program at Sloop Brewing in East Fishkill, NY.

We're diving into diversity and inclusion and their new, QUARTERLY, PAID INTERNSHIP with the curriculum encompassing all aspects of craft beer production: Packaging, Cellar, Brewing and Lab Work.

We also hit on the show "Jackass" and converting those who say "I don't like beer" into craft beer lovers.
