John Lawson vaihtoi nimensä Pazuzu Algaradiksi ja perusti oman uskonnon. Hän keräsi itselleen seuraajia, joille tarjosi katon pään päälle ja paikan jossa käyttää päihteitä. Hän kehuskeli murhanneensa ihmisiä ja syöneensä niitä, mutta kukaan ei ottanut näitä puheita tosissaan.
