On today's episode Abby and Margot welcome their next guest, Tom Bradway. Tom is an Iraq war veteran, and over the past 9 years an educator in NYC. He shares about what it felt like to be in the army for two tours in Iraq, and how his role as a sergeant and squad leader caused  anxiety about having the lives of others in his hands.  More recently as an educator, and dept head, he's once again in leadership allowing him to continue to help and serve others but contributes to anxiety in a different way. The Warriors learn about how Tom's control enthusiasm has affected him in both harmful and helpful ways, and discuss a variety of supportive strategies  he uses for coping with stress and anxiety.
