Paul Ames started Skye's The Limit Career Counselling which he named after his 3.5year old daughter because of his own stress and frustrations in his career. After job hopping through his 20's with no passion for anything he did, he found his biggest weakness became his biggest strength in helping others avoid the negative emotions and feelings he experienced in having no career direction.

Paul thrives on helping others and building effective relationships and he has been featured in various media outlets like- WA Today, The West Australian, The Age, SMH and various national and international podcasts, Paul was a winner of the "Nifnex Influential 100" small business award for 2016 and operates a successful show called the "Career Breakthrough Series" where he has interviewed some of the worlds top career change, mindset, peak performance and entrepreneurship experts like- Grant Cardone, Matt Manero, Samantha Riley, Libby Gill, Heidi Anderson, Cherie Aimee and many more.
