When was the last time you were quiet and still without any external stimulation like music or a podcast? When was the last time you took a couple deep breaths or tried a meditation? 

I challenge you to take your coffee time, your walk, your one minute of peace in the car before grabbing the kids from daycare, etc. and just breathe.
