What is spirituality?

The subject of spirituality is sometimes a difficult one to navigate. It can be misunderstood, confused as a religious pursuit and associated with people that are a little bit “out there” in how they live their life.

I believe that to walk a spirituality is fundamental in living a purposeful and happy life. A spiritual path in life is available to all humankind. It is out a connection to life. In this episode, I speak about spirituality and how we can learn to walk a spiritual path.
