Harlequin Questions To the Council Leader

Welcome to this first ‘special edition’ of The Planet Reigate Podcast.

One of the biggest issues in the area for the past year, coinciding with the launch of this show, has been on-going drama of the future of the Harlequin Theatre in Redhill which has been closed since September 2023 when the dangerous reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (Raac) was discovered.

On Thursday 28th November a council meeting was held in which members of the public were invited to ask their questions about the Harlequin and its future.

This is a slightly-edited version of that meeting (for reasons given at the start of the episode), and on a platform which is, I hope, easier to navigate than the version on the council's website.
