It's time to get back into the things that I really enjoy. Learning, teaching and journaling. It's now time to focus on part 2 of my fitness/health journey, FOOD. I'm learning that I do have a negative relationship with some foods. I know I shouldn't have it and yet I indulge myself in it and then feel disgusted with myself. It's all a learning process and one I'm excited for. I have my sticky and highlighters ready! I will then attempt to do a time period of not eating out and must have homemade meals. I'm telling you, I'm getting serious. Fiction books were good for a minute, but it's time to start reading what I love to read. Garden is looking good and hope that it will provide lots of yummy fruits and veggies! I'm even more excited about my herbs and using those in meals! we will harvest them when they're time is up and dry up what we can for dry herbs. This year will be a learning experience for sure!
