Failure is not your enemy.
Your thoughts about what failure MEANS is.
Often times, we fail at something and we THINK that means that we are not good enough, we will never be able to succeed, we don't have what it takes, and we ARE failures.
When we THINK these types of thoughts, this leads to FEELINGS of defeat, hopelessness, discouragement, and confusion.
But failing at something in and of itself, does not mean that YOU are a failure or that you are not good enough. It simply is an opportunity to try again, tweak something, and actually prove to yourself how capable you actually are.
What is amazing is that once we recognize these thoughts and become aware of the rotten feelings it causes us, we are then able to CHANGE the thought and CREATE the feeling we long for.
So what feelings do you LONG to feel? Hope, excitement, joy, motivation?
If this is what you want to feel, you have the power to change your thoughts and think thoughts that serve you and create this for you.
Simply shifting your thought from "I am a failure" to "It is POSSIBLE for me to succeed" already brings forth feelings of hope and encouragement.
You will either take action or stop taking action from this place, which always leads you to the results in your life.
So I challenge you today to notice your thoughts, notice your feelings, and then notice what actions or inaction you take.
Shift your thought into one of possibility and see how easily it can transform your life. Once you begin to do this, You can start to shift everything in your life. You can then start creating a life of love, joy, confidence, and peace.
