Jenn, a self-proclaimed recovering conflict-avoider, has 20+ years of experience leading groups from classrooms and schools to volunteer groups and — hardest of all — herself. 
International speaker, consultant, and joy-bringer, she holds graduate certificates in music education, theology, and leadership along with a Master of Arts in communication and culture from Webster University, extended training in conflict resolution, and certification as an Enneagram coach.
