Alyssa Kropp is the founder of The Casslo Group; a consulting and coaching firm designed to create leaders who place emphasis and importance on the employee as a whole. Alyssa started The Casslo Group because she knows that high performing teams are built by leaders with a “People First. Revenue Second.” mindset. Leaders who inspire their people and trust in the ability of their teams. Leaders who will go the extra mile to listen to their employees and motivate and coach based on the individual. Leaders who respect that their teams are made up of parents/daughters/sons/friends/caretakers and honour the responsibilities of those roles resulting in more engaged employees. ​Her favourite title in the world is mom to the daughters she describes as “the 2 most angelic little girls on this planet, Cassidy & Chloe (hence, Casslo).” She is married to her best friend and college sweetheart and has built a marriage based on unwavering support of the other. That support led them from the US east coast to Omaha, Nebraska for her husband’s dream job.
