In this episode, I share a recap of my recent retreat in Costa Rica. This 7-day retreat was truly mind-blowing. Costa Rica, especially Nosara, is known for its tranquil and serene environment. The natural surroundings and energy of the place played a significant role in our experiences during the retreat. It allowed us to connect with each other on a deeper level and tap into our intuition. 

One of the key themes of the retreat was recognizing and embracing the magic within ourselves. I firmly believe that every individual possesses their own unique magic, and it was important for me to create an environment where everyone could realize this. Throughout the week, we focused on removing self-judgment and embracing our authenticity.

The connections and interactions that took place during the retreat were truly transformative. People were able to see and appreciate each other's beauty and uniqueness, and it was a deeply emotional and powerful experience for everyone involved.

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead this retreat and witness the profound transformations that took place.
