Even though planning is ingrained in me, I have had moments where I didn't have a plan or any goals identified, and I have seen the difference it has had in my life. Especially right now with COVID and so many other important things happening in the world, I feel like so much has changed from what I had originally planned that I am now adjusting or recreating my goals to better align with where I am now and how I want to move forward.
