Kim is a leader who has been studying personal growth for 25 years.
She is in the process of publishing her first book, The Better Bucket List, that tells the story of the year she turned 40, and takes what she knows about how we change behavior to inspire us to live a more exciting and adventurous life.
She has a B.A. in leadership and an M.A. in communication, and is currently the VP of Human Resources for a mid-sized financial company.
She's also a close friend, a personal mentor to me, and a major inspiration!
We talk about:
