When Do Depressions Come?

• Times of great success.
• Before times of great achievement.
• When we become too sensitive.
• When troubles multiply and discouragements follow each other in long succession.
• For no reasons we can identify.

 Why does God allow these difficult times?

• To destroy our pride.
• To keep us humble.
• To keep us dependent on God alone.
• To keep our eyes on Jesus alone.
• To keep us from trusting our feelings.
