In this episode, Jess and Laura break down some of the most common dating and relationship tropes and why they're downright unrealistic.

No couple is safe. We come for Jim and Pam from The Office, Rory and all her boyfriends in Gilmore Girls, every couple in Friends, Olivia and Fitz from Scandal, Chuck and Blair from Gossip Girl, and many more. At the end of the day, we love these shows, but having an awareness of how these relationship examples are harmful to our own expectations can be beneficial.
