The 66th episode of the The JogTunes Indie Podcast is up for running, cycling, and other BPM matching exercise. To experience and enjoy running and working out exactly to the beat of great indie music, please subscribe to the The JogTunes Indie Podcast or get the MP3.
When I first began enjoying matching the beat while running, most of my running music was jazz, my favorite genre. Here's my third episode dedicated to jazz. The beat can be more subtle at times but it can also be just as hard driving as rock. The pace is mostly an easy going running groove to classic and smooth jazz, with one hot track pushing us at 178.
