For over a decade, he has worked closely with leadership teams on strategy and development, coached CXO’s, and facilitated sessions for organizations, in over 20 countries across Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas.

With 20+ years of corporate experience, he has held operational and leadership roles in the Banking, Education, and Professional services industries, in organizations such as AMCHAM, IACC, and SIETAR India. He is one of the founding members and Director of C2C-OD, an Organizational Development consulting firm based in Bangalore, India. A Certified Professional Facilitator, he is also currently the Global Chair of International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
