Is this self love thing here to stay? Or is it just a fad that will die out?

When asked this question in an interview a couple months back, it took me by surprise. I hadn't considered whether or not this work would be needed in tht future or not. But seeing as this podcast is called Self Love Ignited, it felt right to answer it here too...

Is this work here to stay?

Or is the concept of self love just a fad?
