Welp! Cat’s outta the bag. On a friend’s podcast recently (as well as in an Instagram story) I shared a bit about what happened in 2019 when I woke up one morning with extreme, excruciating, physical pain…that wouldn’t go away. So I wanted to share a bit more about my healing journey right here, in my personal podcast home. I talk about the experience of losing my confidence and sense of self, and feeling truly hopeless, helpless, and deeply afraid. AND the popular personal development meme that served me through that time, and has continuously brought me back into my power. (I’ll also share that this one feels vulnerable to hit “publish” on. So I want to offer a preemptive “thank you” for listening, and being a part of this caring online community.)
