•What no opposition from the outside has been able to accomplish, division on this inside will

The work is going to come to a screeching halt here in chapter 5
•There will be a work stoppage and not because there is drama between management and the laborers 
oThe issue is drama amongst the people 
oIt is brother against brother, sister against sister
•And Nehemiah is going to bring the work to a stop to gather the people into a great assembly where these issues can be addressed
