#66 - Taking Advantage of the Rewind
Taking advantage of the rewind. What the heck do I mean by that? We live in an amazing day and age where we have the ability to stop, rewind, and take things in again. Do we take advantage of it as much as we should? Now, you may think of a video, podcast, or music right away when I talk about rewinding, but this also happens when we retake a class, read the notes we've written, reread a book, have the same conversation with someone - the list goes on and on. Our brains are so interesting and when you put yourself into situations more than once, you're able to solidify an idea you've learned, pick up on new information, or see things from a new perspective than the first time around. It's fascinating and oh so valuable. Let's dig in.
