In the last couple of weeks, I've been focused on taxes, the economy and the current social state of America.

Part of what we're dealing with is a highly partisan society that puts "team" politics ahead of good judgment and sound policy.

Take the current tax plan for example. Nobody in their right mind could look objectively at what Republicans have produced and thought its a good idea.

Then there's the controversy surrounding. Roy Moore and his alleged sexual misconduct with young women 30 years ago.

Finally, you've got the story of Rand Paul who now has six broken ribs thanks to his neighbor who attacked him for, as of yet, unknown reasons.

There's a breakdown happening in society. We've lost a sense of our own humanity, and if we don't get it back, if we don't teach it to our children we're going to end up going over the cliff.
