"Authenticity" has become a common buzzword used by people to mean all kinds of things. I begin our discussion by outlining EI's definition of authenticity, and how it transcends the temporary physical definition of this concept that many people share.

I explain that true authenticity is something you are, not something you do. Once you are living authentically you are naturally and joyfully complete, and no longer need to search for external validation of you are and what you are up to. In this space we are always happy and content regardless of if we have a simple, quiet life or immense wealth and power. As you embrace authenticity from within and it resonates outward, the physical abundance you desire flows into your reality like the icing on a cake.
