Brianna Sistrunk, Mrs. Alabama America 2025, is the perfect example of beauty, strength, and purpose. At first glance, you might assume her journey has been easy—but behind the crown is a story of unimaginable loss and unwavering faith.
In 2015, Brianna faced the heartbreak of losing her daughter, Madison Reign, who was born still at 19 weeks gestation. She has also endured an ectopic pregnancy. Out of that pain, Brianna found her purpose—using her platform to advocate for women who have experienced pregnancy loss, infant loss, and preterm labor.
Pageantry became more than just a competition for her—it became a mission. Through her role as Mrs. Alabama America 2025, Brianna is a voice for countless women walking through grief, reminding them that they are not alone.
In this heartfelt episode, Brianna shares her journey to the crown, her daughter’s beautiful legacy, and how her faith in Jesus Christ continues to carry her through every season. She also talks about her ongoing advocacy work with the Star Legacy Foundation and March of Dimes, two organizations dedicated to supporting families and raising awareness around pregnancy and infant loss.
This episode will leave you encouraged, inspired, and reminded that even in loss, there is hope.
