Confidence isn’t a zero-sum game, where some people have it and other just don’t. Building your confidence is exactly like building muscle—it takes reps, and it takes time. Today I had the pleasure of chatting with Catherine Wood, Head Coach of Unbounded Potential, a firm supporting introverted, empathic, and sensitive entrepreneurs build their own joy-filled lives.
