#67 How to lose weight and build muscle with Josh Evans

This week on the Health Wealth podcast we speak to personal trainer and coach Josh Evans to get his expertise on all things exercise and health

Josh shares his story of how he got into fitness and his journey of learning as both an athlete and a coach. Everybody dreams about being able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time but most will tell you it's impossible. Josh dispels this myth and tells us how he is able to get clients doing both at the SAME time. He also talks about the best first steps for somebody who is overweight and wants to get in shape, hint it's NOT exercising.

A very important topic for current times is managing stress and balancing your life. Josh gives us his views and expertise on the best ways to do it along with some great tips he uses with clients. He also talks about the most important exercise you need to include in your fitness regime, REST.
