Let's be honest, the need to connect with our desires is often easily pushed to the bottom of our list. In our efforts to drive our careers, to love and nurture our children, to be good wives / partners and friends, to contribute to our communities and to pretend that our hair is not greying and our tummies are not plumping - we can sometimes forget the benefits that spontaneity, excitement, risk and passion can add to our own vitality and our relationships.

This is a different kind of wellness and vitality to prioritise, for our own sake and for the sake of our relationships.
