We have the same ability shift our Mindset and Spiritual Condition as we do with our body. We must continue to expand our awareness and increase and ability to withstand challenges if we are to be resilient when experiencing the anxiety, fear, and uncertainty that we are sure to experience when growing as a person and becoming a better leader.

How can we become more aware of the relationship between Physiology and Psychology?ย  How can we challenge ourselves physically so that we can continue to build ourselves mentally? โ€ฆ ( TAKE THE COLD SHOWER)
