This week Carly & Hannah sit down with professional dancer, choreographer, & educator Nicole Ruark. As a former colleague, Hannah was impressed by her attention to detail and versatility. The three dive into the pressures of a performing career, and the challenges of recovering from injuries. They dive deep into the importance of diversifying your education and not getting pushed into a box. They touch on their favorite subject, college dance and how she educated her students!
