For the first time since the work began in chapter 2

·       What no opposition from the outside has been able to accomplish, division on this inside will

 

The work is going to come to a screeching halt here in chapter 5

·       There will be a work stoppage and not because there is drama between management and the laborers 

o   The issue is drama amongst the people 

o   It is brother against brother, sister against sister

·       And Nehemiah is going to bring the work to a stop to gather the people into a great assembly where these issues can be addressed
