Dr. Johnoson Crutchfield was always told growing up, “go to college and get a good job.” He never considered the possibility of owning and running his own business.

After college, Dr. Crutchfield started working as a teacher- with no official classroom. He then became principal, and eventually a professor at the University of Mississippi.

Dr. Crutchfield started listening to early real estate and money podcasts, but it wasn’t until an elder at his church introduced him to real estate investing that he realized this was something he could do for himself and his family.
