We discuss her new book “Chingona: Owning your inner Badass for healing and Justice". Alma shares her story of integrating mind, body and spirit in ways that have provoked healing for her and healing conversations around the world. You’ll hear beautiful integrations of Mexican heritage and imagery inviting you to own your inner badass!
